Outdoor Power Equipment Parts and Service Manager
Ithaca Agway has an outdoor power equipment/ small engine parts and service manager position available for a self-motivated individual that can deliver our promise of exceptional customer service and leadership. Manager will be responsible for product inventory, parts ordering, warranty and service support for technicians.
Responsibilities
o Work with customer for assistance in finding and ordering parts for multiple lines of equipment such as Exmark, Toro, Husqvarna, Honda Stihl and others
o Support technicians managing parts and warranty process
o Equipment sales support of major brands of outdoor power equipment
Requirements
o High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training recommended
o Sales and parts experience with retail programs
o Excellent active listening, problem-solving and other communication skills
o Self motivated, independent, reliable with strong work ethic.
o Knowledge of retail computer systems, Microsoft and Parts Smart
o Commitment to service excellence and customer service
o Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
o Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
