Special Education Teacher
Duties include but are not limited to :
Develop and teach engaging lessons that follow rigorous, Next Generation Standards aligned NYSED
curriculum and provide individual and small group instruction for students who require additional academic support, differentiate instruction for all students, use formal and informal assessment data to drive
instruction and ensure student mastery of standards, build a warm and inclusive environment for students.
Minimum Qualifications :
NYS Teacher Certifications covering Special Education, experience with educational technology. Relentless drive to set and achieve ambitious goals, strong collaboration and teamwork skills, growth mindset and
ability to use feedback to improve practice.
