Full Time Teacher Assistant
Do you love working with children ages 8 weeks-10 years? The Ithaca Community Childcare Center (IC3) is now hiring a Full Time Summer Teacher Assistant. Work 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday between 7:30-5:30. $17.00 per hour.
Ideal candidate will:
- be able to establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- assist teachers with designing and implementing an age appropriate classroom/learning environment
- have the ability to appropriately and productively respond to the needs of both the children and parents in the classroom
- have team-oriented problem solving skills
- abide by OCFS regulations
- be responsible, reliable, and dependable
- have clear, direct communication style (written and verbal)
