Job Summary :
The Reservation Coordinator oversees the coordination of reservation releases for all dining experiences and booking private dining.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
None.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Promptly handles inquiries and leads through websites, email, and phone.
Collaborates with marketing and event teams for priority reservations.
Communicates daily with leadership teams regarding reservations and events.
Coordinates private and group dining arrangements with guests.
Works with culinary teams for specialty menu requests.
Distributes timely information to operational teams for seamless execution.
Designed custom menus and signage and ensured floral arrangements.
Maintains vendor relationships and tracks private dining sales.
Communicates effectively with front-of-house teams for a flawless dining experience.
Collects and reports feedback from guests on service and offerings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities :
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well with team members.
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
In-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations enforced in multi-tenant properties or concepts.
In-depth knowledge of financials and budgets, operations, and marketing
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver multiple plates of food & carry bus tubs frequently weighing up to 50 pounds.
Have a flexible work schedule and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
