Responsibilities
- Transformational Leadership: Assess current workflows within Revenue and A/R, identifying inefficiencies and manual touch points. Lead automation efforts, prioritizing high-impact areas and automated reporting. Collaborate with the team to ensure Salesforce implementation is fully leveraged. Work closely with the controller and CFO to overcome challenges and foster ownership of the process through clear expectations and continuous support.
- Data Stewardship and Governance: Act as the custodian of financial data within the Revenue and A/R area. Establish practices for consistent data creation, transformation, and governance. Enhance dimensionality in the chart of accounts for granular and insightful reporting.
- Enhanced Reporting and Analytics: Accelerate the development of comprehensive and dynamic reporting for Revenue and A/R. Introduce advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
