We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with expertise in low code / no code development frameworks to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, app-building tools, and declarative development, enabling them to deliver efficient solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement Salesforce solutions using low code / no code tools , including Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, App Builder, and Declarative Programming.
Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into Salesforce configurations.
Leverage Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other modules as needed.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and design principles, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
Manage integration of Salesforce with third-party applications using connectors or APIs, as needed.
Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-deployment support.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience :

5 years of experience with Salesforce in an architect or senior consultant role.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative development tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Custom Objects .

Proven experience implementing low code / no code solutions and building scalable apps on Salesforce.

Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling and Security, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules.

Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns , APIs, and AppExchange solutions.

Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

Preferred Skills :

Salesforce Certifications : Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform App Builder .

Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) and Salesforce CPQ .

Knowledge of other low-code platforms like Mendix, OutSystems, or Power Apps is a plus.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
