Overview
ITility is seeking an experienced, performance driven Operations Support Analyst to provide financial and program management support services to the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Domestic Nuclear Detection Office and Office of Health Affairs (CWMD/DNDO & CWMD/OHA). This position is currently remote until a return to work has been determined.

Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to create milestone status reports and presentations for colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.
- Implements government policies and procedures accounting principles, and multi-tiered system application standards.
- Handle internal division/department specific accounting and budget responsibilities. Including but not limited to, creating monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial system reports, preparing drafts of budget planning documents and monitoring financial risks and accuracy.
- Will be training and creating exercise development, while organizing multiple tasks and prioritizing assignments.
- Perform training, exercise, planning, equipment acquisition and grant-related technical assistance programs available to state and local jurisdictions to support the establishment of Federal, state, local and tribal Radiological/Nuclear Detection Programs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MBA Preferred) or a BA in financial management with a minimum of ten (10) years in a related field.
- Minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience in Project Management and six (6) years specialized experience in Government Financial Management
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with team members and stakeholders while meeting customer needs.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills. Superior skills with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
