Overview
ITility is seeking an experienced, performance driven Senior Management Analyst to provide financial and program management support services to the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Domestic Nuclear Detection Office and Office of Health Affairs (CWMD/DNDO & CWMD/OHA). This position is currently remote until a return to work has been determined.

Responsibilities
- Provides Programming, Planning, Budget, Execution (PPBE) support to client to include property accounting, reporting, analysis, financial statement analysis, month-end and quarter-end financial Statement analysis, TIER review and reporting.
- Conducts analysis and provides reporting on undelivered orders, grant reconciliations, and non-reportable cash reconciliations.
- Provides oversight to Junior Financial Analysts
- Enter obligations, reviews and processes purchase requests.
- Assists in audit preparation and readiness.
- Monitors and assists in the management of budget activities to mitigate financial risk throughout the project life cycle.
- Tracks project deliverables and informs Program Officers of variances between planned and actuals.
- Monitors financial progress related to schedule, cost and technical performance.
- Utilizes a variety of project management and financial business analysis tools, techniques and practices.
Qualifications
Must have at least 7 years' experience supporting the accounting operations directorate as senior management analyst
Must have at least 5 years of specialized management analysis experience in areas such as accounting, quality control/assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning.
Applies appropriate management analysis processes, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques to provide the services required.
- Knowledge of FSMS or financial systems using Oracle v12
Employs process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conducting process modernization projects. Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Coordinates multiple project teams to ensure enterprise wide Integration of management efforts. Provides daily supervision and direction to personnel performing management analysis tasks
