Your role
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Medical Affairs Team – Recruit, mentor, and oversee a top-tier team, ensuring excellence in medical training, engagement, and strategy execution
- Drive Thought Leadership and External Engagement – Cultivate relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, and Radiopharmaceuticals, representing ITM at congresses, advisory boards, and scientific events
- Ensure Medical Affairs Launch Readiness & Execution – Develop and execute Medical Affairs launch strategies, ensuring key data dissemination, external stakeholder engagement, and scientific education to support product adoption
- Oversee Medical Education and Information – Deliver comprehensive product and therapy training for internal teams and establish a US Medical Information Hub for HCPs and patients
- Leverage Digital & Data-Driven Medical Strategies – Utilize real-world data (RWD), AI-driven insights, and digital engagement tools to enhance scientific communication and stakeholder outreach
- Track and Optimize Medical Affairs Performance – Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as KEE engagement, training effectiveness, and scientific impact, ensuring continuous improvement and value generation
- MD or Pharmacist with specialist experience in industry in oncology and/or nuclear medicine
- Bring a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, encompassing US Medical Affairs, Managed Access Programs, product launches, and ethical conduct of clinical development
- Lead with confidence, showcasing a strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and experience in ethically building and guiding a US medical team in compliance with industry standards
- Execute compliant launches of new products in the US, ensuring all promotional materials and communications adhere to regulatory guidelines
- Establish a professional network with US HCPs in radiopharmaceuticals/Oncology, focusing on transparent, ethical interactions that adhere to industry guidelines, and demonstrate the ability to lead advisory boards and steering committees with integrity
- Represent the company at public events, ensuring accurate and compliant data presentation, and engage in public speaking with transparency and adherence to industry standards
- Conduct comprehensive clinical research in Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, and rare/orphan diseases, committing to transparent and compliant data analysis and reporting
