ITnova is seeking a Scheduler to support project planning and scheduling for the Key Bridge Rebuild Project. The candidate will work closely with project managers and engineers to develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure efficient timeline execution.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, procurement staff, construction managers, contractors, and other project services staff to ensure detailed planning and scheduling of projects.
- Assist in developing resource-loaded schedules, including activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long lead procurement items, and other critical project deliverables.
- Assist in developing and maintain schedule logic, constraints, realistic activity durations, and assess available manpower and resources.
- Assist in evaluating the impact of design changes and schedule slippages, informing company management and clients of all schedule updates.
- Apply extensive knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology and concepts to develop and maintain critical path logic networks.
- Utilize historical data for realistic future planning and forecasting.
- Assist in preparing monthly payment applications based on a cost loaded CPM schedule.
- Capture and update project progress on a weekly basis to maintain the Project CPM Schedule.
- Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional 21.
- Proficient in resource and cost loading CPM schedules.
- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, and an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between various functional units.
- Ideally, proficient in Linear Scheduling using TILOS software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiar with Time Impact Analysis studies and procedures.
