Project Manager

Location: On-site in Batavia, NY (30 minutes east of Buffalo)

Salary Range:

• Project Managers: $150K–$180K
• Project Executives: $150K–$200K

About the Role:

We are assembling a high-performing team to oversee a large-scale solar project. You will be working in a team of 8-10, leading electricians, foremen, and engineers. These roles focus on management and coordination, requiring little to no hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage large-scale solar project operations.
• Coordinate between various teams, acting as the key decision-maker on-site.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Lead and direct electricians, foremen, and engineers efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to track project progress and documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong project management experience (electrical background is a plus but not required).
• Ability to serve as a 'middle-man' and manager between teams.
• Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred but not essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in solar projects is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills to drive project success.
