Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for water and wastewater projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and validate required data.
- Perform quantity take-offs and ensure all estimates align with industry standards and best practices.
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure cost competitiveness.
- Provide input during pre-construction meetings and project planning phases.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and industry developments to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and ensure alignment with company processes.
