Are you an experienced Field Engineer with a background in Telecommunications and Cellular Networks? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our IT Connectivity Team supporting PCN (Private Cellular Network) field installations for a large-scale, multi-year project.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Rack, Stack & Configure – Manage site inventory, identify missing components, and order necessary materials.

✅ Support Cell Site Deployments – Work with multiple installation crews to ensure smooth field operations.

✅ Technical Oversight – Ensure compliance with company standards and vendor deliverables (Nokia).

✅ Acceptance Testing – Assist in testing and validating cellular site connectivity to the core network.

✅ Close-Out Documentation – Prepare reports confirming installation completion and submit to engineers.

✅ Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with internal teams, Nokia (vendor), and field operations groups.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 5-7 years of experience in Telecommunications, Cell Site Deployment, or similar roles.

🔹 Experience with Nokia AirScale, Nokia Cell Site Router, and Cellular Networks.

🔹 Knowledge of drive testing, inventory management, and field operations.

🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills to work with internal teams and vendors.

🔹 Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and overtime as needed.

🔹 Willingness to travel when required (e.g., potential project in Pueblo, CO).

This role is hands-on in the field and requires someone who can hit the ground running within a few months. If you have a background with AT&T, Dish, or other 5G installations, you may be a great fit!
