Title: Incident Management Analyst (SAP ISU)
Location: Denver, CO (we are also open to candidates in Minneapolis, MN, Roseville, MN or Eau Claire, WI)
Duration: 12 month contract, likely to extend
We are hiring an Incident Management Analyst to assist in supporting our meter lifecycle management solution using SAP ISU. In this role, you will resolve incidents, prepare for changes to systems, and troubleshoot issues.
Must Have:
- 5-7 years of experience managing incidents or enhancements
- Troubleshooting experience
- MS Office Suite
- ServiceNow or similar tool
Nice to Have:
- Utility industry
- SAP ISU or Meter Lifecycle Management
- SQL
- Meter reading experience
