Job Title: Alarm/Security Operations Manager
This is a full-time salaried opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional with a Minnesota PLT License or the willingness to obtain one.
The role involves coordinating technicians, inspectors, and contractors to ensure efficient project completion and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize daily service schedules.
- Manage project installations and timelines.
- Oversee order processing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with contractors and external agencies.
- Provide technical support to customers and team members.
- Supervise technicians, inspectors, and the service coordinator.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and the team.
- Document and enforce company operational processes.
- Ddeliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Minnesota PLT License (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the alarm/low voltage industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided.
