We're partnering with a cutting edge SaaS company that's redefining how organizations understand and act on their data. As part of their US expansion, we're seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team based in Boston and drive new business opportunities in a complex, high-impact market.
This role is perfect for a driven, technically savvy sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of navigating sales cycles. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales engineering and leadership to deliver strategic solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, focused on both net-new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaborate with solution engineers to tailor pitches, demos, and value propositions for customers.
- Proactively build pipeline through outbound engagement and targeted prospecting within your territory.
- Deliver compelling presentations and communications that clearly articulate complex technology value in business terms.
- Stay sharp on trends in the monitoring, analytics, and cloud-native space to provide insightful guidance to prospective clients.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and manage pipeline in alignment with business goals.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of success in new business development within high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proven record of consistently exceeding quota and sales with technical and senior stakeholders.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for pipeline development and outbound strategy.
- Skilled in the art of discovery, qualification, and relationship-building across technical and executive levels.
- Familiarity with modern monitoring, logging, observability, or APM tools is a strong advantage.
- Background in selling cloud-based solutions or experience engaging with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with polished presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the US, within your territory, for client visits, events, and conferences as needed.
