As part of a globally distributed DevOps team, you will play a key role in improving cloud infrastructure, streamlining CI/CD pipelines, and deploying Kubernetes-based microservices. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize AWS-based cloud infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code and Python for automation.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to enable efficient software deployment.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Monitor production environments, troubleshoot performance issues, and enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and SRE teams to implement DevOps best practices.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met, including FedRAMP requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Deep expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
- Hands-on experience managing and deploying Kubernetes clusters (EKS).
- Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform, writing reusable modules for cloud resource provisioning.
- Strong Python scripting skills for automation and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of containerization, including Docker and Helm for Kubernetes applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and automation using Jenkins.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and networking configurations.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in cloud environments.
Desirable Skills (or Areas for Growth)
- Experience with CloudFormation and other AWS-native Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as DataDog.
- A passion for improving system performance and efficiency across the development lifecycle.
