UI / UX Designer
Responsibilities :
Leverage user-centered methodologies to design experiences that harmonize user needs and business objectives.
Communicate concepts throughout the design process using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Seek feedback and insights to validate and enhance design solutions.
Support the implementation of your design work to uphold intent and ensure quality.
Contribute to the UX group's collective knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field of study and five (5) or more years of relevant experience. An overall combination of equivalent experience may be considered.
A portfolio featuring case studies demonstrating design work, process, and impact.
Proficiency in Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, responsive design, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
