Job Title : Maintenance Manager
Location : Foreman, Arkansas
Salary : $130,000 - $165,000 Full Benefits Relocation Assistance
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee plant maintenance operations and ensure equipment reliability
- Manage maintenance repairs, preventive & predictive maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel (30 employees)
- Develop and execute shutdown schedules and capital expenditure projects
- Work with vendors, contractors, and storeroom personnel for parts / supplies
- Ensure compliance with MSHA safety regulations and plant safety programs
- Participate in budget planning, cost control, and operational improvements
- Provide employee training, performance evaluations, and promotions
- Collaborate with Plant Manager on strategic planning
