Type & Focus of Needed Services :
We are seeking 15 temporary clerical support personnel to provide essential office services. These positions require 100% in-office work-remote work is not an option. The ideal candidates must be comfortable working on a computer and proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Training will be provided for specialized software and data systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Frontline clerical support, including answering a main phone line, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, and handling certified mail.
- Scanning, electronic faxing, and maintaining organized records.
- Reviewing and processing Medicaid provider documentation.
- Communicating effectively with Medicaid providers via email and phone.
