Itron is seeking a detail-oriented Contract HRIS Coordinator to join our collaborative team.The ideal candidate will have experience working in an HR environment with a background of systems management and support experience. This role is critical to ensuring our Workday HRIS system is robust, compliant, and continuously improving.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Knowledge Management:- Develop, create, and format help articles within the Workday Help platform, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage the lifecycle of knowledge base content, including updates and revisions, based on change requests and feedback from end users and HRIS stakeholders.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure the knowledge base remains accurate and comprehensive.
- Assist in triaging HR service requests within the Workday Case Management system, ensuring that tickets are appropriately categorized, assigned, and routed to the correct HR teams.
- Monitor case progress to ensure adherence to SLAs, escalating issues where necessary to HRIS team leads or management.
- Regularly review and analyze case trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for knowledge base expansion or process improvement.
- Review case data and generate reports on case volume, trends, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Work with HRIS and HR teams to identify and prioritize common employee inquiries, suggesting strategies for knowledge base improvements or case deflection tactics.
- Use analytics to recommend actionable changes to reduce case volumes and improve the user experience.
- Liaise with HR team members, business units, and other stakeholders to gather feedback on knowledge management and case management processes.
- Support the HRIS team with ad-hoc projects or administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in HRIS, knowledge management, or case management, preferably with Workday HCM.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from case trends and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Workday Case Management and Knowledge Management tools a plus.

Liberty Lake, WA The base salary is $15.86 - $44.23 per hour.
