This intern will support development for our Distributed Intelligence team by developing software testing tools across a global team. You will learn directly from counterparts at Itron's headquarters and overseas teammates.
Duration
Minimum 20 hours/wk during the academic year, 40 hours/wk in summer. Internship to begin Spring 2025.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Integrate with a fast-moving cloud software development team
Support the development of software testing tools
Complete test automation and execution
Work with the Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework development process
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders utilizing professional workplace communication
Required Skill & Experience
Education: enrolled in an accredited and related degree program with completion of at least two years of college-level coursework (preference for Computer Science)
Academic, professional, volunteer or related experience in software development
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework development process
Knowledge of cloud development
Exposure to C# and .NET
Professional workplace communication skills

This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
This position will be tied to our Liberty Lake, WA location with hybrid work flexibility of 1-3 days on-site per week.
Liberty Lake, WA: $15.87 - $44.23 per hour
