Intern - Quality (Summer 2025)

This intern will support site level QMS documentation and training database maintenance as well as supplier quality activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and updates to QMS documentation by reviewing updates to documentation for adequacy. Initiate and track approval flows through Microsoft power automate.
• Add and update training courses in the training database per changes made to QMS documentation.
• Assist with quality policy awareness and evaluation.
• Support internal audit activities as needed.
• Assist the supplier quality team with completion of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities with suppliers. Perform statistical analysis of supplier test data obtained for supplier PPAPs. Work with the supplier and quality team to resolve any issues encountered during the PPAP.
• Review existing global supplier quality documentation for adequacy and accuracy. Assist with updating documentation as needed.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Skilled in SharePoint, or related content management and collaboration platforms
• Able to complete statistical analysis of data
• Professional workplace communication skills, both oral and written
• Skilled in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word at an intermediate level
  
  

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015
• Experience with Power Automate
• Experience working with external providers
