Itron's is seeking a Quality Specialist who assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as International Standards Organization (ISO) regulations and Specific Customer Quality System requirements. This role will also contribute to the definition of the global Itron QMS system and drive the integration and deployment of these policies and procedures at Itron's West Union location.Duties & Responsibilities:- Primarily performs and reports on internal and/or external quality system audits.
- Drive and deploy new or improved global and local procedures and work instructions.
- Manage documentation system.
- Ensure the administration and deployment of the company's quality, process, or business improvement efforts.
- Organize and communicate audit findings to management on a regular basis and drive the organization for resolution.
- Identify quality-related training needs and provide training to others as required.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Quality industry, specifically with ISO management systems.
- Proven involvement in conducting internal and external audits.
- Ability to both practice and teach quality methodologies such as PPAP, FMEA, Statistics, and Corrective Action (PDCA / 8D).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Certification in quality management or related fields (e.g., CQE, CQA).
