Position Overview
iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a CNO Analyst/Programmer for our client, a leading government contractor. This role supports custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools.

100% onsite in Laurel, MD
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop CNO tools and techniques
Author comprehensive documentation
Participate in design reviews
Conduct code reviews
Support software readiness reviews
Follow established software development procedures
Required Qualifications
Security Requirements

Active TS/SCI FSP Clearance
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in:
Computer Science
Information Systems
Network Engineering
Technical Requirements
Minimum 1 year programming experience in:
Assembly

Java
Perl
Python
Development Environment Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in:
Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments
UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
