Position Overview
iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a Test Engineer for our client, a leading government contractor. This role focuses on automated software testing across multiple telephony and networking hardware platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Generate requirement-based test cases
Perform baseline, system, and regression testing
Analyze large log data sets and test results
Create comprehensive test documentation:
Test plans
Requirements verification matrices
Test summary reports
Develop and maintain test environments
Manage discrepancy reports
Required Qualifications
Security Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
Active TS/SCI FSP Clearance
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in:
Mathematics
Science
Engineering
Statistics
Engineering Management
Related discipline
Note: Four years of additional Test Engineering experience may substitute for degree
5 years test engineering experience
Technical Requirements
Strong Python programming skills
Script development and regular expressions expertise
Network configuration and test bed integration
Test scenario creation and analysis
Lab environment development across various hardware platforms
Preferred Skills
Jenkins or other CI Framework experience
PyTest automation framework knowledge

100% onsite position
