Key Holder/Sales Associate (INSTORE APPLICATION)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Keyholder join our team. In this vital role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the store while assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on inventory control and training development, ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory management and control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to create effective marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market while maximizing profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager, with a strong understanding of grocery store operations.
• Excellent skills in inventory management and control, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient product flow.
• Strong ability to sell products effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Experience in training development, fostering a positive learning environment for team members.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices to support financial decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
