Key Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the Texas Bar
3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or product liability
Strong experience with large-scale motions
Trial experience preferred
Thorough understanding of current state and federal procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
