Our rapidly growing industrial manufacturing client in Hartford City, IN, is looking for dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
**Job Summary:**
The selected candidate will perform a variety of maintenance duties, including routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting repairs, and assisting with equipment installations. In addition, they will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement PM schedules and daily activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement PM schedules and daily activities.
- Assist with purchasing needs and maintain accurate parts inventory.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma required; 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to effectively troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
- Professional certifications such as HVAC, electrical, etc., a plus.
