Site Manager (Automotive)
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the assembly and installation of tooling, fixtures, and pneumatic devices on the production line. This role involves managing both internal teams and third-party subcontractors to ensure timely and safe completion of all tasks in accordance with customer and company standards.
The Site Manager will organize Client, track materials, and manage resources to meet project deadlines.
In this role, you'll be leading on-site operations, ensuring the success of each project phase and fostering smooth coordination among stakeholders. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on high-stakes projects.
Your qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management, project management, or a related role within a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and subcontractors.
- Proven experience in defining project solutions and managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience in managing and resolving project issues, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Skilled in developing and executing risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential project disruptions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Knowledge in applying the guidelines of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS 9100 certifications.
