Job Description:
As a Certified Supervised Counselor - Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD), you will play a crucial role in supporting clients through their recovery journey. You will provide individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Your expertise and compassion will help clients navigate their path to recovery and build healthier, fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients with substance use disorders.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.

Monitor and document clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including medical providers and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

Educate clients and their families about addiction, recovery, and available resources.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
- Certification as a Supervised Counselor - Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD) required.
