Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst/Developer to join their team. You'll be the brains behind our integrations, connecting the dots between enterprise systems like ERP platforms, middleware solutions, custom applications, and analytics tools. What You'll Be Doing:
- Sitting down with stakeholders, figuring out what they need (sometimes what they really need), and turning it into a technical game plan.
- Analyzing what's broken, what's inefficient, and what's just plain painful in our current systems and then fixing it.
- Making financial, ERP, and other business-critical systems play nice together using middleware and smart coding.
- Building and supporting BI tools that give decision-makers the insights they didn't even know they needed.
- Writing clean, efficient code for custom applications and integrations.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our integrations so everything runs like a Swiss watch.
- Making sure our data stays secure, consistent, and reliable across the board.
- Acting as the go-to guru for end-user support, system documentation, and training.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A sharp mind that sees business problems and thinks "challenge accepted.
- Proven experience with middleware and ERP system integrations.
- Fluency in modern programming languages like Java, JavaScript, .NET, and IBM RPG. Bonus points if you've danced with IBM DB2.
- SQL skills that make data bow to your will.
- Hands-on scripting experience in Windows, Linux/Unix, or IBM environments.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- Stellar communication skills you can talk tech to developers and plain English to stakeholders.
