IT Sourcing and Contracts Manager

* Lead the creation, negotiation, and management of various contracts including Master Contractor & Subcontractor Agreements (MCA), Master Supplier Services Agreements (MSSA), License Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Amendments, Renewals, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
* Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
* Oversee the red-lining process and ensure alignment between legal, business, and vendor requirements.
* Manage RFP responses for state and local government clients, supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and submit winning proposals.
* Procurement Contracts:
* Manage end-to-end procurement contracts, from initiation through negotiation and final execution.
* Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve any contract-related issues and ensure contract terms are being met.
* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for major IT procurement projects, from ideation to execution.
* Oversee vendor vetting and selection, ensuring the identification of the best-fit solutions for the organization.
* Take ownership of contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and optimal value for the company.

* 10 years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement contracts, and contract management, particularly within technology, software, and IT services.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex sourcing and procurement projects from start to finish.
* Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and best practices in IT procurement.
* Experience managing RFP processes and working with government clients.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate-advanced level
