Job Description
The Deployment Coordinator will lead a team of 5-20 members to ensure the successful deployment of White Glove Chromebook projects throughout the year. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in team management and the ability to motivate employees to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Chromebook deployment projects from planning to execution.
- Manage a team of 5-20 deployment technicians, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Develop and implement deployment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
- Train team members on deployment procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of deployments and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Experience in quality control to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the deployment process.
- Must be open to learning new technologies and processes to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading deployment teams or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to work efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Chromebook deployments is a plus.
