Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wargaming Project Management Analyst to part of our Delta 10 Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Space Operations, Engineering, Analyses and Wargaming experience as it pertains to the development of combat-ready Guardians through doctrine, tactics, concepts, wargames, and lessons learned.
Knowledge
- Understanding of USSF and Joint doctrine development, processes, staffing, and training
- Knowledge of space (and launch) capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational environments to include ground, link, and satellites
- Knowledge of USSF Doctrine and Development Process and Tactical Development (TACDEV) program
- Knowledge of Tactical Doctrine Manuals (TACDOCs), Tactical Standard Operations Procedures (TACSOPs) Operations, Tactical Summaries (TACSUM), and Tactics Bulletins (TACBULs)
- Knowledge of AFI 10-1301 “Air Force Doctrine Development”, CJCSI 5120.02D “Joint Doctrine Development System”, “CJCSI 3010.02 Guidance for Developing and Implementing Joint Concepts” and Space Force Instruction (SPFI) 13-260, Tactics Development Program
- Knowledge of National, DoD, Joint, and DAF policy, strategy, and doctrine.
Experience: Combined of 8-10 Years of experience in the following areas.
- Space Operations, Engineering, Analyses, or Acquisition Experience in Policy, Guidance, Doctrine, or Guidance Development.
- Space Operations, Engineering, Analyses, or Acquisition Experience in Concept Development, processes, staffing, training, and incorporation of concepts products and processes.
- Experience with wargames, exercises, and experiments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
