About the Role:
ITSC Secure Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with a specific emphasis on MBSE, and the ability to manage and enforce DoD and DAF MBSE policies and goals.
Important Information:
- This position is Onsite at Scott Air Force Base, remote work is not available.
- Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 Annually
- Please note this role is contingent upon ITSC receiving a modification of its current contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and enforce DoD and DAF MBSE policies and goals.
- Conduct systems engineering-level analysis to support operational vignette-related requirements.
- Enforce MBSE requirements and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to MBSE processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
