- Motion Technologies (MT) designs and manufactures brake pads, shock absorbers, buffers and couplers and sealing solutions for the automotive and rail markets. MT is based in Barge, Italy.
- Industrial Process (IP) designs and manufactures pumps, valves, monitoring and control systems, water treatment and aftermarket services for the chemical, oil and gas, mining and other industrial process markets, as well as global service capabilities. IP is based in Seneca Falls, N.Y.
- Connect and Control Technologies (CCT) designs and manufactures harsh-environment connector and critical energy absorption and flow control components primarily for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. CCT is based in Valencia, CA.

What is your role?
The MT Executive Director, Strategy and Corporate Development is a key member of the Motion Technologies leadership team as well as the global strategy team. She / he will also be a critical growth enabler for ITT. This individual will work closely with the value center, corporate functions and MTs leadership team to define MT strategy and drive MT growth initiatives, covering both organic and inorganic growth. The position offers the unique opportunity to participate in high-level strategic decision-making and to shape the future of MT. The role will report to the SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development and to the MT President.
The location is hybrid and flexible, based in Europe.
