Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple email inboxes
- Print and organize documents related to customer orders
- Making copies of documents for recordkeeping purposes
- Creating and filing physical file folders
- Scanning documents into our record retention system
Position Requirements

- HSD/GED is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Excel and Word
- Must be motivated and a self-starter with a positive attitude
- Must be able to interface in a professional manner with customers
