Job Description
ITTConnect is seeking a Scrum Master to work for a client in the US. This is a position with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Telecom area (internet, mobile, cable TV provider). Initial assignment until December.
Job location : Sandy Springs, GA, Hybrid (3 / 2). Alternatively, remote following US Eastern time
Requirements
- 8 years experience in leading Scrum Team members in project execution (e.g., setting direction, mentoring, servant leadership and being the momentum of execution and positive change)
- Identify and remove impediments and dependencies that hinder Sprint execution
- Help the Intake team resolve technical issues and external dependencies as a T minus 4week activity
- Lead and maintain Dependency tracking and be a servant leader for the scrum teams
- Proficient in SQL for authoring and executing custom queries for data analysis
- Understand API integrations with external systems.
- Knowledge of Postman or other such API testing tools is a plus.
- Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.
- Must be extremely detail and technology oriented and possess excellent communications skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies
