Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Aura to design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions. This is a fully remote role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support financial processes such as client onboarding, wealth management, and case management.
Develop reusable code, components, and integrations using Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications as needed.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, ensuring alignment with the latest standards.
Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions.
Work remotely with a distributed team, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
[5 Years Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud ] of experience as a Salesforce Developer with proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura framework.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builders, and custom object development.
Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features such as household management, financial accounts, and roll-up summaries.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Understanding of Salesforce security models, data modeling, and governor limits.
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional) are highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Lightning Component Framework Specialist)
