This internship provides hands-on experience at the intersection of sales and engineering, allowing you to work closely with both technical and commercial teams to drive successful project execution in the automotive OEM manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles and an interest in sales and project management.
As a Technical Project Management Intern, you will assist in managing technical sales projects, work closely with cross functional teams to identify challenges and needs of the broader organization, and help implement new tools and systems to improve technical project executions. You’ll gain exposure to project management practices, customer engagement, and technical sales processes, preparing you for a career in technical sales or engineering management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales and engineering in developing technical proposals and solutions for our customers.
- Understand existing and develop new project timelines to meet customer milestones.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand the needs and challenges of the team in executing a project on-time, on-budget, and to customer expectations.
- Understand current project management tools being leveraged.
- Identify and solve challenges, developing new tools to replace or supplement existing project management paradigm.
- Deploy and train cross functional teams on new tools, standards, and best practices for project execution
