SUMMARY :

We are looking for a growth-minded Operations Director to be based in Danvers, MA that will focus on delivering strong customer-centric KPIs amidst growing demand while instilling a premier safety culture. This role will drive strategic decisions to optimize global manufacturing and distribution to reduce costs and maintain best-in-class customer service levels.

The Operations Director will serve as a critical member of the Performance Polymers (PP) leadership team, responsible for developing a high-performance team that manages EHS, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions. The role ensures timely delivery of quality products that meet sales demand and profitability goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop strategic manufacturing plans to maintain high operational standards.
• Coach and mentor team members to build a diverse, high-performing organization.
• Champion and lead the implementation of ITW’s 80 / 20 principles.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership to achieve objectives.
• Design and execute demand planning processes.
• Work with manufacturing and sourcing functions to implement strategies for efficient supply chain and distribution.
• Provide leadership to the division’s safety programs.
• Support business growth by collaborating with commercial and innovation functions.
• Define key performance metrics and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
