The Impact You’ll Make;
Location: Brisbane, Queensland
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be building and executing strategic growth plans while developing strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key influencers. You will be instrumental in achieving revenue and profit goals and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.
About You;
- Build and execute strategic growth plans to increase market share and deliver business objectives.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue, profit, and volume targets across multiple product categories.
- Develop market engagement plans to foster cross-industry relationships in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customers, competitors, and product applications.
- Drive the growth of master and project specifications with industry stakeholders and influencers.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Structural Engineers to support territory development and strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular activity and target reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
Qualifications & Skills;
- Experience in the construction industry (or a related field) is preferred.
- Proven ability to influence and solution-sell products and services.
- Strong track record of meeting strategic sales targets through data-driven problem-solving and relationship management.
