Job Description:
As the Financial and Insurance Coordinator you will be the backbone of our office financial, insurance and treatment plan operations,
ensuring that every logistical and administrative task is handled flawlessly. Your role will include:
Overseeing billing processes, insurance verification, and financial arrangements to ensure
accuracy and patient satisfaction.
Generating and monitoring treatment plans to provide the best patient experience as well as meet our goals.
Leading marketing efforts, including social media management, ad placements, and direct mail
campaigns.
Engaging in special projects that promote practice growth and enhance patient care
Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service
quality.
Collaborating with staff to provide a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.
Back up daily front office operations including appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups.

Proven experience in dental office management or a similar role, with the ability to oversee a
wide range of administrative tasks.
Proficiency in dental practice software, particularly Eaglesoft, to streamline operations and
enhance patient service.
