What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Occupational Therapist - COVID19 - $2,101 per week position at IU Health Arnett Hospital?
Inpatient acute care rehab team of 19 professionals. Expect to see patients in all levels of acuity from ICU to progressive care units with diagnoses of CABG & other cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacement, fracture repairs, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson, ambulation, etc. OT is expected to evaluate, develop and follow POC that may include ADL training, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities to improve function and asses appropriateness of discharge disposition recommendations on daily basis.

BLS, IN state license, NBCOT

Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
AHA ONLY. RQI is acceptable. Please check the cost center to verify what certifications are required.
HIPAA Acknowledgement required.

Ishihara exam or online testing from Relias (or equivalent) is accepted.
