Job Details
This is an ED HOLD unit - RN's need to be aware of the unit type, Not a PCU unit. RN will have MS and PCU type patients in ED boarding area
Position / Specialty : ED / Acuity Adaptable Float
Years of experience REQ : 2 years
First timers accepted : No
Guaranteed Hours : 3x12s and 4x12s shifts available
Unit Information : ED Boarding consist of patients that are not always boarded in the ER, can be boarded in any other designated area of hospital waiting to be transferred to a MedSurg / PCU unit. These patients will be provided MedSurg / PCU level of care. There is high patient admission, discharge and transfers
Acuity adaptable unit Patients range from MS level of care to PCU / stepdown / ICU level of care, ratios will be based on level of acuity
Job Requirements
IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
Must work 2 / 3 major holidays

Additional Details
Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
AHA ONLY. RQI is acceptable.
