Special Requirements : Cerner required. Ortho, neuro, wound care, vestibular, pelvic health- Not all specialties are required.

Effective 11 / 30 / 24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).
Must work 2 / 3 major holidays

The hospital is a critical access hospital with 12 beds. 95% care is performed on an outpt basis. The remaining is acute care and swingbed. Swingbed is similar to SNF.
