Job Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings

Requirements
- BLS Certification Required
- Must work 2/3 major holidays per year
Schedule Information
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week (variable shift lengths)
- Occasional 12-hour shifts available
Unit Specific Information
- Our hospital is a critical access hospital with 12 beds
- 95% of care is provided on an outpatient basis
