Job Description

Job Title : CVOR Tech

Job Specialty : Surgical Services - CVOR Tech

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (06 : 30 - 17 : 00)

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Minimum 2 years, Level 1 Trauma Center experience required

License : For start dates 2-4 weeks out, applicants must have IN or compact license in hand. For start dates 4 weeks out, applicants must have started the IN / compact licensing process.

Certifications : BCLS and NBSTSA

Must-Have :

Ability to receive pump lines from perfusion and prepare them for cannulation
Experience in Vascular, Thoracic (Surgery Cases)
Proficiency in procedures such as Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Cardiomyoplasty, and Heart & Lung Transplant

Job Description :

Effective 11 / 30 / 24, certain restrictions apply, but Periop / OR RN, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt.

Call Requirement : 90-120 hours of call within a 6-week schedule.

First-time travelers accepted if they have Level 1 Trauma Experience.

Applicants must be prepared to float within the hospital or to affiliated hospitals.

Pre-Screening required to evaluate the candidate's ability to handle specific tasks.

Compliance with Flu Vaccine requirements, with medical / religious exemptions only.

Required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Orientation and non-billable modules required pre-start.
