What is the local radius rule? $15 off bill rate for travelers who reside within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health Facility Pending License accepted : No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO Restrictions : Must work 2 / 3 major holidays. Guaranteed Hours : 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Job Requirements Certs REQ : BLS.
